*’சில நொடிகளில்’ படத்தின் இசை வெளியீட்டு விழா!*

வினய் பரத்வாஜ் இயக்கத்தில் ரிச்சர்ட் ரிஷி, ராஜ் வரதனாக முன்னணி கதாபாத்திரத்திலும், புன்னகை பூ கீதா மேதா வரதனாகவும், யாஷிகா ஆனந்த் மாயா பிள்ளை என்ற கதாபாத்திரத்திலும் நடித்துள்ளனர். மிஸ்ட்ரி, சஸ்பென்ஸ், எதிர்பாராத திருப்பங்கள் கொண்ட இந்தப் படம் வரும் நவம்பர் 24ஆம் தேதி திரையரங்குகளில் வெளியாக இருக்கிறது. இதன் இசை வெளியீட்டு விழா நடைபெற்றது. 

இதில் பாடகியும் இந்தப் படத்தின் இசையமைப்பாளருமான தர்ஷனா பேசியதாவது, "பல்லேலக்கா பாடல் மூலம் என்னுடைய சினிமா பயணம் ஆரம்பித்தது. அதன் பிறகு, 'கருப்பு பேரழகா', 'ஆட்டக்காரா' என கடந்த 17 வருடங்களாக பாடகியாக மட்டுமே இருந்துள்ளேன். இசையமைப்பாளராக ஆவேன் என நினைத்துக் கூட பார்த்ததில்லை. அதை 'சில நொடிகளில்' படம் நிறைவேற்றியுள்ளது. அந்த வாய்ப்புக் கொடுத்த வினய்க்கு நன்றி. கணவன், மனைவிக்கு இடையே ஒருவருக்கு மட்டும்தான் காதல் இருக்கிறது. அந்த எமோஷன் வேண்டும் என்று வினய் சொன்னார். இரண்டு பாடல்கள் செய்து கொடுத்தேன். அதில் தொடுவானம் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தார். உங்களுக்கும் அந்தப் பாடல் பிடிக்கும் என நம்புகிறேன்". 

பாடகர் பிஜார்ன், " இந்த வாய்ப்புக் கொடுத்த வினய்க்கும் என்னுடைய மியூசிக் டீமுக்கும் நன்றி. கண்டிப்பாக படம் எல்லோருக்கும் பிடிக்கும்".

நடிகை யாஷிகா ஆனந்த், "படத்திற்கு நீங்கள் கொடுத்து வரும் ஆதரவுக்கு நன்றி. நிஜத்தில் நான் எப்படி மாடலிங் செய்கிறேனோ அப்படி தான் இந்தப் படத்திலும் மாடலாக நடித்திருக்கிறேன். 'துருவங்கள் பதினாறு' படத்தில் இருந்துதான் என் பயணம் ஆரம்பித்தது. நான் மிகப்பெரிய த்ரில்லர் ஃபேன். அதனால், இந்தப் படமும் பிடித்து நடித்தேன். நான் தல அஜித் சாரின் மிகப்பெரிய ஃபேன். ரிச்சார்ட் சாரிடம் பேசும்போது அஜித் சாருக்கு நான் கொஞ்சம் நெருக்கம் ஆகியுள்ளேன் என்று நினைத்து சந்தோஷப்படுவேன். பாடல்களும் இசையும் எனக்குப் பிடித்துள்ளது. நீங்கள் திரையரங்குகளில் பார்த்துவிட்டு சொல்லுங்கள்". 

படத்தின் தயாரிப்பாளர், நடிகை 'புன்னகை பூ' கீதா பேசியதாவது, "'சில நொடிகளில்' படத்திற்கு நீங்கள் கொடுத்த ஆதரவுக்கும் கொடுக்கப் போகும் ஆதரவுக்கும் நன்றி. படம் ஒரு அழகான ஜர்னி. டீமும் அந்த அனுபவத்தைக் கொடுத்தது. வினய் ரொம்பவும் பொறுமையான நபர். ரிச்சர்ட் ப்ளஸன்ட்டானவர். யாஷிகா அவ்வளவு ஒத்துழைப்பு கொடுத்தார். ஒரு காட்சியில் பெட்டிக்குள் அவர் மடங்கி உட்கார வேண்டும். அவர் காலில் ஏற்கனவே பிளேட் உள்ளது. அப்படி உட்காருவது மிகவும் கஷ்டம். ஆனால் அதை எல்லாம் பொருட்படுத்தாது அவ்வளவு நேரம் உட்கார்ந்து இருந்தார். படம் உங்களுக்கும் பிடிக்கும். படத்தில் எனக்கு இருந்த சவால் 'பட்டாசு பூவே'. அந்த பாடலுக்காக வரவேண்டிய சல்சா டான்ஸருக்கு கடைசி நேரத்தில் விசா கிடைக்காமல் போனது. அதனால் எங்களுக்கு லோக்கலில் கிடைத்தவரை உடனடியாக வரவைத்து ஒன்பதை மணி நேரத்தில் ரிகர்சல் செய்து அந்தப் பாடலை எடுத்தோம். இன்னும் கொஞ்சம் நேரம் கிடைத்திருந்தால் நன்றாக எடுத்து இருக்கலாமோ என்ற ஆதங்கம் இருக்கிறது. அந்த பாடல் சமயத்தில்தான் லண்டனில் எனக்கு கோவிட் வந்தது. அதன் பிறகு தான் தெரிந்தது செட்டில் நிறைய பேருக்கு தெரியாமலே கோவிட் இருந்தது என்று. இதுபோன்று சில சவால்களும் படத்தில் எனக்கு இருந்தது". 

தயாரிப்பாளர் ஜெயக்குமார், ""இந்தப் படம் முழுக்க லண்டனில் படமாக்கினோம். 35 நாட்கள் தொடர்ந்து படப்பிடிப்பு நடத்தினோம். நிறைவான ஒன்றாக இருந்தது. இயக்குநர் வினய் எதையும் திட்டமிட்டு செய்யக் கூடியவர். தமிழ் சினிமாவுக்கு ஒரு நல்ல இயக்குநர் கிடைத்துவிட்டார் என்றுதான் சொல்வேன். கெளதம் மேனனையும் நாங்கள்தான் அறிமுகம் செய்தோம். ரிச்சார்டும் சிறப்பாக நடித்துள்ளார். கீதா மேமுக்கு சினிமா மீது நேசமும் அர்ப்பணிப்பும் அதிகம். யாஷிகாவும் நன்றாக நடித்துள்ளார். இசையும் இந்தப் படத்தில் சிறப்பாக வந்துள்ளது. நன்றி". 

'திரெளபதி' பட இயக்குநர் மோகன்.ஜி. பேசியதாவது, "என்னுடைய ஹீரோ ரிச்சார்ட் சாருடைய படத்தின் இசைவெளியீட்டு விழாவில் நான் கலந்து கொள்வது மகிழ்ச்சி. இதுபோன்ற விழா அவருக்கு நடக்க வேண்டும் அதில் நான் கலந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என நான் நீண்ட நாள் காத்திருந்தேன். கடினமான ஒரு சமயத்தில் நான் போய் அவரிடம் நின்றபோது எனக்கு உதவுவதற்காக படத்தில் நடிக்க ஒப்புக் கொண்டார். படம் ரிலீஸின் போதும் எதிர்பாராத சில பிரச்சினைகள் வந்தது. அப்போதும் நான் அவரிடம்தான் போனேன். எனக்கு எல்லாவிதத்திலும் பக்கபலமாக நின்றார். அப்படி உருவானதுதான் 'திரெளபதி'. அவர் இல்லை என்றால் 'திரெளபதி' இல்லை. இந்தப் படம் 18 கோடி ரூபாய் தமிழ்நாட்டில் வசூல் செய்தது. அதேபோல, அடுத்த படமான 'ருத்ரதாண்டவ'மும் 13 கோடி ரூபாய் தமிழ்நாட்டில் வசூல் செய்தது. மூன்றாவது படம் ஒரு கேப் விட்டு பண்ணலாம் என்றார். அதனால்தான் செல்வா சாருடன் 'பரகாசுரன்' செய்தேன். நானும் ரிச்சரட் சாரும் மூன்றாவது முறையாக இணைய இருக்கிறோம். அதுகுறித்தான அறிவிப்பு விரைவில் வரும். சினிமாவில் நான் ஐந்து வருடம் பயணித்தது அவரால்தான். திடீரென இவர் யாஷிகாவுடன் ஃபோட்டோ போட்டதும், 'என்ன சாருக்கு கல்யாணமா?' என நிறைய பேர் என்னிடமும் கேட்க ஆரம்பித்துவிட்டனர். அவரிடம் நான் கேட்டபோது, சிரித்தார். பின்புதான் படத்திற்கான புரோமோஷன் எனப் புரிந்தது. ரிச்சார்ட் சாரை இது போல திரையில்  ஸ்டைலிஷாகப் பார்ப்பது மகிழ்ச்சி. 24ஆம் தேதி படம் பார்த்துவிட்டு சொல்லுங்கள்". 

இயக்குநர் வினய் பரத்வாஜ், "நான் இந்தியாவை விட்டு சென்று 18 வருடங்கள் ஆகிவிட்டது. சிங்கப்பூரில் செட்டில்ட். நல்ல பேங்க்கிங் வேலை இருந்தது. எனக்குப் பிரியமான ஒருவரை கேன்சரால் இழந்து விட்டேன். அதனால், புற்றுநோய் பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்த யூடியூப்பில் வீடியோக்கள் போட ஆரம்பித்தேன். சென்னையிலும் இது தொடர்பாக பல நிகழ்ச்சிகள் செய்திருக்கிறேன். நல்ல வரவேற்பு இருந்தது. சிங்கப்பூரில் ஸ்டார் விஜய், கலர்ஸ் தமிழுக்காக நிகழ்ச்சிகள் தொகுத்து வழங்கினேன். அதன் பிறகு குறும்படம் இயக்குவதற்கான வாய்ப்பும் கிடைத்தது. எனக்குள் இருந்த இயக்குநரை அப்போதுதான் உணர்ந்தேன். மீடியா குளோபல் ஒன் நிறுவனம் கோவிட் சமயத்தில் எனக்கு கால் செய்து லண்டனில் செய்வது போன்ற ஒரு கதை இருந்தால் சொல்லுங்கள் எனக் கேட்டார்கள். வழக்கமான த்ரில்லர் கதைகளைப் போல இல்லாமல் வித்தியாசமான ஒன்றாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று விரும்பினேன். த்ரில்லர், மிஸ்ட்ரி, காதல் என எல்லாமே இதில் உண்டு. இசை எனக்குப் பிடிக்கும். அதனால்தான் ஐந்து இசையமைப்பாளர்கள் இந்தப் படத்தில் உள்ளனர். தர்ஷாவின் பாடல் இன்று வெளியாகியுள்ளது. அவர் மிகவும் திறமையானவர். வித்தியாசமான யாஷிகாவை இந்தப் படத்தில் ரசிகர்கள் பார்ப்பார்கள். கீதா மலேசியாவில் பாப்புலரான ஆர்.ஜே. சிறந்த தயாரிப்பாளர் என்றாலும், அவரை நடிகராக எனக்கு மிகவும் பிடிக்கும். அவர் படத்தில் ஏற்ற கதாபாத்திரத்திற்கு நியாயம் செய்துள்ளார். படத்தில் வித்தியாசமான கீதாவைப் பார்ப்பீர்கள். படத்தை எடுப்பதை விட அதற்கு நல்ல புரோமோஷன் செய்து டிஸ்டிரிபியூட் செய்வதுதான் பெரிய விஷயம். அது இந்தப் படத்திற்கு சிறப்பாகவே நடந்துள்ளது. மோகன் ஜி படங்களுக்கு நான் பெரிய ரசிகன். எங்கள் படம் பார்த்துவிட்டு எப்படி இருக்கிறது என்று சொல்லுங்கள். செலிபிரிட்டி நிகழ்ச்சியின் ஹோஸ்ட்டாக இதற்கு முன்பு பல பிரபலங்களை சந்தித்து இருக்கிறேன். அதில் இருந்து சொல்கிறேன். ரிச்சார்ட் பழகுவதற்கு மிகவும் எளிமையானவர். சிறந்த மனிதர். அவரை இந்தப் படத்தில் வித்தியாசமான நடிகராகப் பார்ப்பீர்கள். இது என்னுடைய முதல் தமிழ்ப் படம். இந்தப் படம் திரையரங்குகளில் நவம்பர் 24 ஆம் தேதி வெளியாகிறது. உங்கள் அன்பும், ஆதரவும் வேண்டும்”.

Big thanks to our journalist friends and Stone Bench Films for making this a success. The story was such that I started hating my character in this. Acting with SJ Suryah sir and Lawrence sir was an unforgettable experience. I am very thankful to Karthik Subbaraj sir for giving me this role. After watching 'Jigarthanda' I wanted to do just one scene in Karthik Subbaraj sir’s movie. I am indebted to him for giving me such a great character in this movie.

In the film industry, there is always a debate among the technicians about what kind of film to make. Sometimes we get the films that we aspire to make, and it is good that people love that kind of film in 'Jigarthanda Double X'. A director like Karthik Subbaraj doesn't do the same thing over and over but takes cinema to the next level and I am happy to be with him. Our team worked hard for the music of this film. We were waiting for Karthik Subbaraj's film to hit theaters again. Glad people are celebrating this movie in theaters now. Thank you for your support.

This is time to share the success. Thanks to press and media friends. We went to cities like Madurai, Trichy, and Coimbatore to personally see how the theatre response was. Taste of audience has now evolved a lot. A comedy scene may get applause, but when emotional scenes receive claps from the fans, it makes us very, very happy.

Thanks to Red Giant for releasing this movie. Karthik Subbaraj used to say, "Let us not speak, let our film speak." This film speaks has just done that. Lawrence is my great friend, a good man, and he has earned a good name. Thanks to Producer Kaarthekeyan Santhanam and his team. Everything is good in this movie. It is being liked by all. The director has shown a good story on screen.

Gratitude to Kaarthekeyan Santhanam of Stone Bench Films. Raghava Lawrence, SJ Suryah and Nimisha acted well. Sattani's character is not that easy. Vidhu who played that role worked hard.

God has showered His blessings on this film. A lot of good things happened. It was not us who crafted some of the much-appreciated scenes of the movie, everything happened automatically by God's grace. We were talking about this story a year and a half ago and today it is running successfully on screens. Thanks to actor Dhanush, directors Shankar, Nelson, Mari Selvaraj and many others who personally congratulated me over the phone. My Thalaivar Superstar Rajinikanth has praised me. செவ்வாய்கிழமை தமிழ் திரைப்படம் ஒரு கிராமம் மற்றும் அனைத்து செவ்வாய் கிழமைகளில் நடக்கும் சம்பவங்களை பற்றியது. அங்கு செவ்வாய்கிழமை ஒரு ஆணும் பெண்ணும் இறந்து கிடந்தனர். அதற்கு முன் ஒரு சுவரில் அவர்கள் இருவருக்கும் தொடர்பு இருந்ததாக எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது கிராம மக்களின் பார்வைக்கு வரும்.

அடுத்த வாரத்தில் இதேபோல் மேலும் இருவர் இறக்கின்றனர். ஊருக்குப் புதிதாக வந்த சப்-இன்ஸ்பெக்டர் மாயா (நந்திதா ஸ்வேதா) இறந்த உடல்களை விசாரிக்கச் சொல்கிறார். அந்த ஊரின் ஜமீன்தார் வாரிசு (சைதன்யா) தடையாக நிற்கிறார். இருந்தபோதிலும், மாயா இறந்த உடல்களை மருத்துவமனைக்கு அனுப்புகிறார்.

அதே நேரத்தில், சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பு இறந்த ஷைலஜாவின் (பாயல் ராஜ்புத்) பேய் மக்களைக் கொன்றதாக ஊரில் ஒரு வதந்தி பரவுகிறது. மாயா யார் என்று விசாரித்ததில் பல உண்மைகள் வெளிவருகின்றன. ஒவ்வொரு செவ்வாய் கிழமையும் ஊரில் ஒருவர் இறந்து போவதாக கூறப்படுகிறது. திரைக்கதை மூன்று செவ்வாய் கிழமைகளை மட்டுமே காட்டுகிறது. படம் பயத்தையும் உற்சாகத்தையும் தூண்டுவதாக உறுதியளிக்கிறது. செவ்வாய்கிழமை எதிர்பார்த்த சிலிர்ப்பை பார்வையாளர்களின் உள்ளங்களில் பதிய வைக்கிறதா என்பதை ஆராய்வோம்.

CII’s IGBC Accelerates Green Adoption with the Launch of Nest Framework & Certification for Self-Developed Individual Housing Sector

 

●       The certification has been launched with an aim to drive and facilitate an integrated approach to help India achieve Net Zero Carbon Emission goals.

●       As part of this, IGBC also unveiled the significant aspects of its upcoming three-day Green Building Congress 2023 in Chennai

●       Supported by the Government of Tamil Nadu and the World Green Building Council, India Green Building Congress 2023 for the first time, will provide a platform for all Indian construction industry stakeholders to attend and learn the benefits of migrating to green building.

 

 

Chennai, 15th November 2023: In a move to fast-track India’s journey towards its 2070 net zero goal, CII’s Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) today unveiled and introduced in Tamil Nadu its pioneering initiative - IGBC Nest - for the individual housing sector ahead of its flagship conference IGBC Green Building Congress 2023. After having transformed the commercial and industrial real estate sector with several green initiatives and certifications, IGBC has brought to foray a framework specifically developed for individual homeowners to build futuristic, green homes that help control and limit carbon emissions. The initiative was unveiled and introduced in a press conference today in the presence of Mr Ajit Kumar Chordia, Chairman, IGBC Chennai Chapter, Co Chair - Green Building Congress 2023, Mr Mahesh Anand, Co- Chairman, IGBC Chennai Chapter and Mr M Anand, Deputy Executive Director, CII -IGBC.

 

IGBC Nest is a first-of-its-kind, Eco-friendly Self-developed Tenements framework and certification that aims to bring awareness and drive the individual owners to build a sustainable home with no or meager additional cost. The initiative encourages the owners to adopt green measures that are simple and have profound impacts in addressing resource efficiency and occupant's health and wellbeing. The framework throws light on building envelopes, water & energy efficiency and harnessing solar energy.   Since 2001, IGBC has garnered significant support from stakeholders in the Indian construction industry, leading to a noteworthy positive impact on government, corporate, commercial, residential, industrial buildings, and the broader built environment.

 

The press conference also witnessed the kick-start of IGBC’s Green Building Congress 2023, the only event in India that is supported by The World Green Building Council (World GBC), and 20 different countries’ Green Building Councils across the world. The flagship event is set to take place in the city after ten years from 23rd November 2023 to 25th November 2023 with the theme Advancing Net Zero Through Decarbonization. Through this, IGBC will provide a platform that brings together eminent industry leaders, policy makers and technology providers to exchange insights and vision on sustainable building practices. The conclave will also showcase 500+ innovative green products, materials, and technologies as part of a dedicated expo space over the course of the three days.

 

Supported by the Government of Tamil Nadu, India Green Building Congress 2023 for the first time, will provide a platform for  home-owners and residents  to attend, network, learn and  get inspired to foster green building  practices in all facets of life. In addition to this, IGBC will also showcase some of the leading concepts and initiatives at the conference to secure a healthy lifestyle along with better savings.

 

Sharing his insights on the initiative and conference, Mr. Ajit Kumar Chordia, Chairman, IGBC Chennai Chapter, Co Chair - Green Building Congress 2023, said “Our mission is to ensure every building in India is a green building that will not only uplift the economic status of every homeowner but also increase life expectancy with better health benefits. IGBC’s Nest Framework and Certification has been developed specifically for the individual homeowners to help them reduce energy cost by 20-30% and reduce water requirements by 30-50%. We foresee this initiative playing a significant role in building a green India not for this generation but for future generations as well. The IGBC Green Building Congress will lay a foundation for more such meaningful innovations to be launched for greening India’s building sector.”

Superhero Lands With Super Anthem- SuperHero HanuMan Song From Prasanth Varma’s HANU-MAN Unveiled

The Indian fans of superhero movies are excited to see our own superhero Hanu-Man on screen. It’s almost two months time left for them to witness the heroics of the original Indian superhero Hanu-Man created and crafted by Prasanth Varma with Teja Sajja playing the leadman. Besides making original movies with novel concepts, Prasanth Varma is showing his distinctiveness in promotions as well. In fact, he and team Hanu-Man became extra cautious after the thunderous response to the teaser and Hanuman Chalisa song.

Many wondered why the team chose the Children’s Day occasion to launch the second single Superhero Hanuman. Everyone gets clarity on the same, after watching the song. SuperHero HanuMan is funny, and at the same time adventurous. Anudeep Dev has come up with a quirky number crooned humorously by R.P.Krishaang , Ahana Balaji, Sai veda Vagdev. The lyrics penned by Madhurakavi are totally comical. The idea of comic narration, along with the original visuals is to attract kids. In fact, kids will love to see the superpowers possessed by our superhero Hanumanthu. This Super Anthem is an instant hit and the best presentation for kids on this Children’s Day.

The movie is produced prestigiously by K Niranjan Reddy of PrimeShow Entertainment, while Smt Chaitanya presents it. Asrin Reddy is the executive producer, Venkat Kumar Jetty is the Line Producer and Kushal Reddy and Pushpak Reddy are the associate producers. The cinematography for this magnum opus is by Shivendra, wherein Srinagendhra Tangala is the production designer.

Amritha Aiyer is the leading lady opposite Teja Sajja in the movie, where Vinay Rai will be seen as the antagonist and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in a key role.

Hanu-Man is the first film from Prasanth Varma’s Cinematic Universe. The film is essentially set-up in an imaginary place called “Anjanadri”. Since the concept of the film is universal, it has the potential to do well across the globe.

HANU-MAN will have a Pan World release in several Indian languages including Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese and Japanese on January 12, 2024.

அறிமுக இயக்குநர் நிகேஷ் ஆர். எஸ். இயக்கத்தில் தயாராகும்  திரைப்படம் 'ரெபல்'. இதில் ஜீ. வி. பிரகாஷ் குமார், மமிதா பைஜூ, கருணாஸ், சுப்ரமணிய சிவா, ஷாலு ரஹீம், வெங்கிடேஷ் வி.பி., ஆதித்யா பாஸ்கர், 'கல்லூரி' வினோத், ஆதிரா உள்ளிட்ட பலர் நடித்திருக்கிறார்கள். அருண் ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்திருக்கும் இந்த திரைப்படத்திற்கு 'இசை அசுரன்' ஜீ.வி. பிரகாஷ் குமார் இசையமைத்திருக்கிறார். கலை இயக்கத்தை உதயா கவனிக்க, பட தொகுப்பு பணிகளை வெற்றி கிருஷ்ணன் கையாண்டிருக்கிறார். உண்மை சம்பவங்களை தழுவி அதிரடி ஆக்சன் என்டர்டெய்னராக தயாராகி இருக்கும் இந்த திரைப்படத்தை ஸ்டுடியோ கிரீன் நிறுவனம் சார்பில் பிரபல தயாரிப்பாளர் கே. ஈ. ஞானவேல் ராஜா பிரம்மாண்டமான பொருட்செலவில் தயாரித்திருக்கிறார்.
