Galaxy Racer, one of the largest esports, gaming and lifestyle organizations in the world, today announced that its top content creator Gaming Tamizhan has won the award for ‘Favorite Gaming Vlogger’ at the Blacksheep Digital Awards 2022. The award recognizes Ravichandra Vigneshwer aka Gaming Tamizhan’s contributions as a Tamil digital content creator.
Gaming Tamizhan is one of the country’s and also Tamil Nadu’s most prominent gaming content creators and streamers who amasses over 3M subscribers via his YouTube Channel. He streams live gameplays for his fans and loves creating short form content for the community. Hailing from Tirruvanamalai, Tamil Nadu, he began his YouTube journey in 2015, with modest means and limited resources. After joining Galaxy Racer, he recently moved to the city of Chennai to expand his YouTube channel and is looking forward to scaling his audience in hypergrowth stage together with Galaxy Racer.
With an expansive presence across South Asia, Europe, Middle East North Africa (MENA) and Southeast Asia (SEA), Galaxy Racer currently has over 100 content creators as part of its team, amassing over 500 million followers and generating over 2.5 billion monthly views.

Gaming Tamizhan was nominated under the category of Favorite Gaming Vlogger at the Blacksheep Digital Awards 2022 along with 20 other gaming YouTubers. Voting was conducted online to determine the winners from each category. Gaming Tamizhan received the highest number of votes and won the award for the most entertaining gaming channel.
The 3rd edition of the Blacksheep Digital Awards celebrated the talents of the Tamil digital creators community. The awards took place in Chennai on 6th March, 2022. In addition to Gaming Tamizhan, other notable winners from this year’s edition include Dushara Vijayan who was awarded Favorite Actor Female OTT, Sivakarthikeyan who won the award for Favorite Lyricist – Digital, Jai Bheem which won Favorite OTT Movie and Mandela which won Most Critically acclaimed OTT movie, amongst several others.
